Job Vacancy – Senior Fees Clerk
Salary: £25,000 pa

1 High Pavement Chambers are a leading set of specialist criminal law barristers based in the heart of Nottingham on the East Midlands Circuit. 1HP are recruiting a Senior Fees Clerk to deal primarily with the processing of all criminal prosecution and defence fees, credit control and criminal fees accounts for Chambers. The role is integral to the efficient and effective functioning of Chambers.
This is a busy and demanding role and, aside from your technical skills and expertise, you will have excellent communication skills, be approachable and able to maintain good working relationships both internally and externally, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider clerking team within Chambers.
You may also be asked to assist when required with the general administration of Chambers from time to time. Previous knowledge in a similar role is desirable but not essential. You must have an ability and a willingness to learn at all times and be dynamic to be able to adapt to any situation that arises within the role.
Chambers are offering a competitive salary depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
