Abi prosecutes and defends in a broad spectrum of cases in the Crown Court, predominantly in the East Midlands.
She is a Grade 4 prosecutor.
She specialises in:
• Serious Violent Offence
• Sexual Offences
• Fraud and Dishonesty Offences
She also prosecutes regularly for other agencies such as Trading Standards, in particular cases involving Animal Welfare offences and Trade Mark offences.
She has been led in a number of murder cases including Dyche and Others (a case involving five defendants), Gailey and Banks.
She has been led in other complex cases involving drugs, human trafficking, fraud and violence offences.
