Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Officer Training 1992 – 1993.

Commissioned service in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces with the Duke Of Wellington’s Regiment (West Riding), 1993 – 1996. Gregor served as Platoon Commander and Company Second-in-Command in an Infantry Battalion and saw operational deployments to Bosnia and Northern Ireland.

Inns of Court School of Law 1997, Graded Very Competent.

Pupilage and practice for 5 years at Fountain Chambers on the North Eastern Circuit. Fountain Chambers is a general common law set and work undertaken at the start of practice involved a good mix of crime, civil, personal injury, immigration and family cases. The emphasis in work grew towards crime and Gregor joined Number One High Pavement Chambers a specialist criminal set in 2003.

Gregor has practiced from Number One High Pavement Chambers for eight years and appears regularly in Crown Courts across the Midlands Circuit.

He prosecutes and defends in the Crown Court undertaking all junior criminal work.
