Before qualifying for the bar and commencing her pupillage, Jo worked as the commercial lead for an events management company.  Jo has also spent time volunteering and working in Tanzania, as well as volunteering for the NGO's; "Support through Court" who helps vulnerable people navigate the court process and "Advocate".
