Andrew Fitch-Holland instructed by the East Midlands CPS recently prosecuted a prolific fraudster accused of a further spree of offences across the East Midlands.

As a result, Samantha Jenson was charged with 14 counts of fraud, in relation to cashing cheques and making transfers in excess of £100,000 from accounts at branches of Lloyds Bank.

Appearing before Derby Crown Court the defendant pleaded guilty to all matters and received an immediate custodial sentence of 3 years and 9 months.
