Esther Harrison, instructed the East Midlands Crown Prosecution Service, appeared for the Crown and prosecuted a Derby man who was caught trying to smuggle four illegal immigrants into the UK in his car. Two adults and a five-year child were found in the boot of the Mercedes when it was stopped entering the Channel Tunnel in France.
