Luc Chignell

Luc Chignell, instructed by the East Midlands CPS, recently prosecuted the company director of an oak-framed home extensions business, for misuse of more than £100,000 of customer funds.

Following a 3-week Trial before the Honorary Recorder of Leicester HHJ Timothy Spencer KC, the Defendant was convicted of fraudulent trading and multiple counts of theft. He was sentenced to 18 months imprisonment.
