On Saturday 30th October, Chambers opened its doors to prospective pupils for our first ever Pupillage Open Morning, which was a huge success! This provided attendees with the opportunity to speak with Members of Chambers and to gain a better understanding of how 1 High Pavement work.
Thank you to all that attended and Counsel that organised!
Cohen Barley, defended by Mr Varley and prosecuted by Mr Short, stabbed two men through a car window, proceeded to flee the scene and actively attempted to evade police by moving between addresses and staying in hotels under different names.
This year we are opening our doors to allow all prospective pupils the chance to meet some of our members, ask questions, and to gain a valuable insight on all things life at the Bar.
No. 1 High Pavement Chambers are delighted to welcome William Schlich as our new pupil at the start of his 1st Six. He will be supervised by Miss Sue Rodham.
