Andrew Fitch-Holland, instructed by the East Midlands Crown Prosecution Service, appeared for the Crown and prosecuted a Nottingham man who was involved in an attempted "Cash for Crash" fraud.

The defendant claimed to have been involved in an accident when infact he was at work at the time.
