Andy Peet, instructed by the Crown Prosecution Service, prosecuted a former Lincolnshire PCSO who had been found with a homemade bomb.
The former PCSO also ran a survivalist You Tube channel and was found with a collection of weapons.
She was sentenced to a 27 month term of imprisonment.
