Luc Chignell was recently instructed for the Defence in a trial of an allegation of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm (s.18).
Anthony, instructed by East Midlands CPS, prosecuted the trial in which the defendant thrust a lit cigarette into the victim's right eye.
