1 High Pavement chambers extends our warm congratulations to Dr. Devni Kitulagoda on the completion and the award of her doctorate by the University of Manchester.  

Her thesis was titled "The International Court of Justice and the Universal Subject in the Diplomatic and Consular Regimes"
