David Outterside instructed by East Midlands CPS at Lincoln Crown Court secured a guilty verdict against a Defendant who raped a woman as she headed home after her birthday celebration night out. She was preyed on as she left her taxi, taken her into her own home and raped in her hallway.
After trial the defendant was sentenced to 9 years and 3 months.
